Rates

My rates vary depending on the type and length of training you're looking for.

Custom Macro Nutrition Plans and Competition Plans start at $125. Please see my "Services" page for all services available.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1.There are no refunds for services rendered.

2. I will contact you shortly after I receive your request to obtain additional information pertinent to your program.

3.Upon signing up for nutrition services, I will be in contact with you to initiate your program within 2-3 business days.

 4. Custom Macro Meal plans will be completed within 5 business days of receiving payment and your food preference questionnaire.
